Summary
Malik transmits from Alqama ibn Abi Alqama, from his mother, from Aisha, Mother of the Believers, that she used to descend from Arafat at Namira, then moved to al-Arak; she called the talbiya wherever she was in her house, and whoever was with her; when she mounted and headed to the standing place, she left off the call. She used to make the lesser pilgrimage from Mecca after the pilgrimage in Dhu al-Hijja, then gave that up, and would leave before the new moon of Muharram until she came to al-Juhfa, and stayed there until she saw the new moon; when she saw it she entered ihram for the lesser pilgrimage. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1094) and Suwayd (503) transmitted it from Malik. 1
