Summary
A saying of Malik about a man who had intercourse with his wife during the pilgrimage, between the time he leaves Arafat and throws the pebble: the offering and the pilgrimage in a later year are owed by him. If the intercourse was after he threw the pebble, he owes only to make the lesser pilgrimage and to offer. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1233 and 1242) and Suwayd (530) transmitted it from Malik. 1
