Summary
Malik said about a man who came as a pilgrim for the lesser pilgrimage during the months of the greater pilgrimage; when he had completed his lesser pilgrimage, he entered ihram for the greater pilgrimage from Mecca, and then was broken or suffered something that prevented him from attending the standing at Arafat with people: I think he should stay until, when he is healed, he goes out to the lawful territory, then returns to Mecca and circumambulates the House and runs between al-Safa and al-Marwa, then releases himself; and he owes the pilgrimage in a later year and the offering. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1170) transmitted it from Malik. 1
