Summary
A saying of Malik: a woman whose husband has intercourse with her several times in ihram for the pilgrimage or the lesser pilgrimage, while she is willing, owes only the offering and, if it was during the pilgrimage, the pilgrimage in a later year. If it was during the lesser pilgrimage, she owes only making up the lesser pilgrimage that she spoiled, and the offering. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1236) transmitted it from Malik. 1
