Summary
A saying of Malik: whoever enters Mecca for the lesser pilgrimage, circumambulates the House and runs between al-Safa and al-Marwa while he is in a state of major impurity or without ablution, then has intercourse with his wife, then remembers, says: he should bathe or perform ablution, then return and circumambulate the House and run between al-Safa and al-Marwa, make another lesser pilgrimage, and offer. The same applies to a woman whom her husband has intercourse with while in ihram. The editor notes that Abu Musab transmitted it from Malik. 1
