Summary
Malik was asked about a man who forgot dispersing from Arafat and left Mecca to return to his own land. He said: if he has not had intercourse with women, let him return and disperse; if he has, let him return, disperse, then make the lesser pilgrimage and offer. He may not buy his offering in Mecca and slaughter it there, but he must drive it from the place he made the lesser pilgrimage, or buy it in Mecca, take it out to the lawful territory, then drive it to Mecca and slaughter it there. The editor notes that this report is as stated. 1
