Summary
A saying of Malik about a man who was ignorant and began running between al-Safa and al-Marwa before circumambulating the House: he returns, circumambulates the House, then runs between al-Safa and al-Marwa. If he was ignorant of that until he left Mecca and was far away, he returns to Mecca, circumambulates and runs. If he had intercourse with women, he returns, circumambulates and runs until he completes what remains of that umrah, then owes another umrah and an offering. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1322) transmitted it from Malik. 1
