Summary
A saying of Malik: whoever forgets running between al-Safa and al-Marwa in an umrah and does not remember until he is far from Mecca, returns and runs. If he has had intercourse with women, he returns and runs until he completes what remains of that umrah, then owes another umrah and an offering. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1318) transmitted it from Malik. 1
