Summary
Malik transmits from Said ibn Abi Said al-Maqburi, from Ubayd ibn Jurayj, who said to Abdullah ibn Umar: I see you do four things that I have seen none of your companions do: you do not touch any of the corners except the two Yemeni ones; you wear Sabtian sandals; you dye with yellow; and when you are in Mecca people enter ihram when they see the new moon, but you do not enter ihram until the day of Tarwiya. Ibn Umar answered each. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1068), Ishaq al-Tabba, Suwayd, Abdallah ibn Idris and others transmitted it. 1
