Summary
Malik transmits from Ibn Shihab, from al-Saib ibn Yazid, who said: I was a young official working with Abdallah ibn Utba ibn Masud on the market of Medina in the time of Umar ibn al-Khattab (may God be pleased with him), and we took a tenth from the Nabat. The editor notes that Abu Musab and Ishaq al-Tabba' transmitted it from Malik. 1
