Summary
The first report in the chapter forbidding harassment of people in charity. Malik transmits from Yahya ibn Said, from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Aisha, that she said: Umar ibn al-Khattab (may God be pleased with him) passed by sheep of the charity and saw among them a ewe with a full udder. He asked about it, and they said: a charity ewe. Umar said: its owners did not give it willingly; do not tempt the people; do not take the best wealth of the Muslims; keep away from food. The editor notes that Abu Musab, al-Shafii, al-Bayhaqi and Yahya ibn Bukayr transmitted it. 1
