Summary
Malik transmits from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Qasim, from his father, that he said: Aisha took charge of me and of a brother of mine, two orphans, in her care, and she paid zakat from our property. The editor notes that Abu Musab, al-Shafii and al-Bayhaqi transmitted it from Malik, and that Abu Ubayd and Abd al-Razzaq transmitted it from Yahya ibn Said, Humayd and Ayyub from al-Qasim in similar words. 1
