Summary
Malik transmits from Abu al-Zinad, from al-Araj, from Abu Hurayra (may God be pleased with him), that the Prophet ﷺ related from God that He said: when My servant loves to meet Me, I love to meet him, and when he dislikes meeting Me, I dislike meeting him. The editor notes that Abu Musab and al-Bughawi, Ismail ibn Abi Uways in al-Bukhari, Suwayd, al-Qanabi and Ibn al-Qasim in al-Nasai transmitted it from Malik, and cites al-Tamhid (18/29). 1
