A report that Malik transmits from Muhammad ibn Yahya ibn Habban from al-A'raj from Abu Hurayra (may God be pleased with him): the Prophet ﷺ forbade prayer after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets, and prayer after the dawn prayer until the sun rises. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab and Ishaq al-Tabba' in Ahmad, Suwayd, al-Qa'nabi in al-Jawhari, Ibn al-Qasim (96), Qutayba in al-Nasa'i (1/276), al-Shafi'i (872), and Yahya ibn Yahya al-Naysaburi in Muslim (2/206) transmitted it. 1
