Episode 1: the human soul and the perfect soul

He opens by calling the soul the most complex thing God created, lists the degrees of the soul, makes the Prophet ﷺ's soul the measure of souls, announces a heading on the Qur'an's training of the soul in each episode, and tells the story of Abu Dharr, the Bedouin and Surat al-Zalzala. 6 4 7

Episode 2: trust in God

Trust in God and the taking of means, the man with the umbrella at the prayer for rain, the three prayers at the doctor's, and Hajar and Zamzam. 8 9 10 11

Episode 3: supplication

God's nearness to the one who calls, praying in ease and hardship, Nuh's perseverance, an unfulfilled prayer as an answer, and the manners of supplication. 12 13 14 15 16

Episode 4: short measure in dealings

He reads the opening of Surat al-Mutaffifin and extends short measure to dealings between siblings and spouses, to suitability in marriage and fairness among children, citing Ya'qub and Yusuf. 17 18 19
