Summary
Malik transmits from Dawud ibn al-Husayn that Abu Ghatafan ibn Tarif al-Murri told him that his father Tarif married a woman while he was in ihram, and Umar ibn al-Khattab (may God be pleased with him) annulled his marriage. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1178), Suwayd and al-Shafii (in al-Bayhaqi) and al-Shaybani (438) transmitted it from Malik. 1
