Summary
A saying of Malik about a man from Mecca who moved away to another place and lived elsewhere, then came as a visitor for the lesser pilgrimage in the months of the pilgrimage, and stayed in Mecca until he entered ihram for the pilgrimage from there: he is an enjoyer, and owes an offering, or fasting if he finds no offering; and he is not like the people of Mecca. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1111) transmitted it from Malik. 1
