Summary

Malik says that the matter on which there is no disagreement among them is that no one shaves his head or cuts his hair until he slaughters an offering, if he has one, and no one is released from what was forbidden to him until he is released at Mina on the day of sacrifice; he cites the verse about the offering in Surah al-Baqara. 1
