Chain of transmission
Summary
Malik transmits from Ibn Shihab, from Said ibn al-Musayyab, that he said: whoever drives a voluntary camel as an offering and it is harmed, and he slaughters it and leaves it for people to eat, owes nothing. If he eats from it, or orders someone to eat from it, he must compensate for it. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1216) and Suwayd (527) transmitted it from Malik. 1
