Summary
Malik transmits from Abdallah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Hazm, from Ibn Abi Mulayka, that Umar ibn al-Khattab (may God be pleased with him) passed a woman with leprosy who was circumambulating the House, and said to her: O servant of God, do not harm the people; if you sat in your house. She sat. Then a man passed her later and said: the one who forbade you has died, so come out. She said: I would not obey him alive and disobey him dead. 1
