Chain of transmission
Summary
Malik transmits from Zayd ibn Aslam, from Ata ibn Yasar, that Abdullah ibn Abbas (may God be pleased with him) was asked about kissing for the fasting person, and he allowed it for the old man and disliked it for the young man. The editor notes that Abu Musab, Suwayd and Ibn Wahb (in al-Tahawi and al-Shafii) transmitted it from Malik. 1
