Summary
The first report in the chapter on zakat on mines. Malik transmits from Rabia ibn Abi Abd al-Rahman, from several narrators, that the Prophet ﷺ granted Bilal ibn al-Harith al-Muzani the mines of al-Qabaliyya, which lie on the side of al-Furu'; those mines have not been taken from except for zakat to this day. The editor notes that Abu Musab, Suwayd and al-Shaybani transmitted it from Malik, and that it is reported connected and raised in Ahmad, Abu Dawud and al-Bayhaqi, but is not sound. 1
