Summary
Malik transmits from Amr ibn Yahya al-Mazini, from his father, that he said: there was in the orchard of his grandfather a water channel belonging to Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf (may God be pleased with him). Abd al-Rahman wanted to move it to one side of the orchard, nearer to his land. The orchard's owner refused him. Abd al-Rahman spoke with Umar ibn al-Khattab (may God be pleased with him) about it, and Umar judged for Abd al-Rahman that he may move it. 1
