Summary

A saying of Malik: among these also are two brothers of the same father and mother who die, one of whom has a child and the other of whom has no child, and they have a paternal half-brother. It is not known which of them died first. The inheritance of the childless one goes to his paternal half-brother, and the sons of his brother of the father and mother get nothing. 1
