Summary
A saying of Malik: this is the matter on which there is no disagreement and no doubt among the scholars of their city. The same practice applies to any two heirs who died by drowning, by killing or by any other death, when it is not known which of them died first: neither inherits from the other, and their inheritance goes to the surviving heirs of each. 1
