Summary
A saying of Malik: the settled matter among them, and the sunna on which there is no disagreement, is that a Muslim does not inherit from an unbeliever by kinship, by clientage or by kin, and does not exclude anyone from his inheritance. Likewise anyone who does not inherit does not exclude anyone from inheritance when there is no heir below him. 1
