Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Abu al-Zubayr al-Makki from Sa'id ibn Jubayr from Abdullah ibn Abbas (may God be pleased with him), in the chapter on combining two prayers at home and on a journey: the Prophet ﷺ prayed the noon and afternoon prayers together, and the sunset and night prayers together, without fear or journey. Malik says he thinks that was in rain. The editor cites Muslim, Abu Dawud, al-Nasa'i, Ibn Hibban, Ibn Khuzayma, al-Shafi'i and al-Bayhaqi from Malik's transmitters, and refers to al-Tamhid. 1 2
