Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Yahya ibn Sa'id from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab, in the chapter on the command to pray the witr: Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (may God be pleased with him) prayed the witr when he wanted to go to his bed, and Umar ibn al-Khattab (may God be pleased with him) prayed the witr at the end of the night. Sa'id said that whoever goes to his bed prays the witr. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab transmitted it from Malik. 1
