Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Ibn Shihab from Ubayd Allah ibn Abdullah ibn Utba ibn Mas'ud from Umm Qays bint Mihsan (may God be pleased with her), in the chapter on the urine of a boy: she brought a young son of hers, who had not eaten food, to the Prophet ﷺ, and he sat him on his lap, and the boy urinated on his garment. He asked for water and sprinkled it on the garment without washing it. The editor cites al-Bukhari, Abu Dawud, al-Nasa'i, Ibn Khuzayma, al-Darimi and al-Tabarani, and refers to al-Tamhid. 1
