Chain of transmission
Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri, who used to say that a man kissing his wife requires ablution, in the chapter on ablution after kissing a wife. The editor notes that Ibn Abi Shayba transmitted it from Waki' from Abd al-Aziz ibn Abd Allah, who asked al-Zuhri, and that the phrase "Malik said: that is the most beloved of what I heard" that follows in one copy is not Yahya's transmission but comes from Abdullah ibn Nafi' al-Sa'igh's. 1
