Chain of transmission
Summary
A report that Malik transmits from Yahya ibn Sa'id, in the chapter on leaving ablution for food touched by fire: Yahya asked Abdullah ibn Amir ibn Rabi'a whether a man who has performed ablution for prayer must do it again after eating food touched by fire. He answered that he saw his father Amir ibn Rabi'a do so and did not repeat the ablution. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab, Muhammad ibn al-Hasan and Yahya ibn Bukayr transmitted it, in al-Bayhaqi. 1
