Summary
Going out to Khaybar
She went out with the Prophet on the Khaybar campaign, the sixth of six women; it reached the Prophet and he sent for them and said: "by whose leave did you women go out?" — they saw anger in his face — they said: "we went out with medicine to treat the wounded, handing arrows and pouring sawiq" — and in the hadith he allotted them shares of the dates. Abu Dawud, al-Nasa'i and Ibn Abi Asim narrate it 1.
