Summary
Malik transmits from Yahya ibn Said, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Taymi, from Rabia ibn Abdallah ibn al-Hudayr, that he saw a naked man in Iraq, and asked people about him; they said: he had ordered his offering garlanded, which is why he went naked. Rabia met Abdallah ibn al-Zubayr and told him; he said: an innovation, by the Lord of the Kaaba. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1098) and Suwayd transmitted it from Malik. 1
