Summary
Ziyad reports from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa, from his father, that the Messenger of God ﷺ said: seek the Night of Decree in the last ten nights of Ramadan. The editor notes that Malik transmitted it relayed (mursal), while elsewhere it is connected through Hisham from his father from Aisha raised in the two Sahihs and elsewhere; that al-Tirmidhi (792) said the hadith of Aisha is good and sound; and that there are reports on this from a number of Companions. 1
