Chain of transmission
Summary
Malik transmits from Ibn Shihab that Abdullah ibn Abbas (may God be pleased with him) and Abu Hurayra (may God be pleased with him) disagreed about making up Ramadan: one of them said it may be spread out, the other said it may not be spread out, and Ibn Shihab does not know which of them said which. The editor notes that Abu Musab (818) and al-Shaybani (362) transmitted it from Malik. 1
