Summary
It reached Malik from Bukayr ibn Abdallah ibn al-Ashajj, from Ibn Atiyya, that the Messenger of God ﷺ said: there is no contagion, no owl omen, no safar; the sick should not be mixed with the healthy, but the healthy may go where he wishes. They said: Messenger of God, what is that? He said: it is an injury. The editor notes that Yahya narrated it as relayed (mursal), that the connected version from Abu Hurayra (may God be pleased with him) is in the two Sahihs, and that Ibn Bukayr transmitted it from Abu Atiyya al-Ashja'i, who is unknown and not relied on. 1
