Summary
Yahya transmits from Malik, from Ibn Shihab, from Said ibn al-Musayyab and Abu Salama ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Hurayra (may God be pleased with him), that the Messenger said: the wound of the animal (ajmaa) is unpunished, the well is unpunished, the mine is unpunished, and a fifth is due on buried treasure. Malik said: the meaning of 'unpunished' is that there is no blood-money for it. 1
