Summary
Malik transmits from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr (may God be pleased with him) ibn Hazm, from his father, that he was with Aban ibn Uthman when people of Juhayna and of Banu al-Harith ibn al-Khazraj disputed before him over the clientage of the clients of a woman of Juhayna who died leaving property and clients. Her son and her husband inherited her, then her son died. Aban ruled the clientage of the clients for Juhayna. 1
