Summary
Yahya said Malik said of a man given money for profit-sharing, who bought goods with it. The owner of the money said: sell them. The one who took the money said: I see no way to sell, and they disagreed about it. Malik said: neither of their words is considered; they ask people with knowledge and insight into those goods. If they see a way to sell, the goods are sold for both of them. If they see a reason to wait, they wait with them. 1
