Summary
Yahya said Malik said of a man who has profit-sharing money and spends from it and clothes himself: he may not give any of it as a gift, nor give any of it to a beggar or anyone else, nor repay anyone with it. If he and a group gather and they bring food and he brings food, I hope that is permitted, if he does not intend to show favour to them. If he intends that, or something like it, without the owner's permission, he must seek the owner's pardon. If the owner pardons him, there is no harm. If he refuses to pardon him, the worker must repay him in kind, if it is something that can be repaid. 1
