Summary
Yahya said Malik said of a man given money for profit-sharing who worked with it and made a profit, and wanted to take his share of the profit while the owner of the money was absent. Malik said: he should not take anything from it except in the presence of the owner of the money. If he takes something, he is liable for it, until it is reckoned with the money when they divide it. 1
