Summary
A report that Malik transmits as a mursal from Yahya ibn Sa'id from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyab, in the chapter on the qibla: after the Prophet ﷺ came to Medina he prayed sixteen months towards Jerusalem, then the qibla was changed two months before Badr. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab and Suwayd transmitted it, that its meaning is in the Sahihayn from al-Bara' ibn Azib, and refers to al-Tamhid. 1
