Summary

A report that Malik transmits from Yahya ibn Sa'id, in the chapter on practice in congregational prayer: a man led people in prayer at al-Aqiq, and Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz sent for him and forbade him. Malik gives the reason for the prohibition: his father was not known. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab transmitted it from Malik. 1 2
