Chain of transmission
Summary
A report that Yahya transmits from Malik from Yahya ibn Sa'id, in the chapter on sitting in prayer: al-Qasim ibn Muhammad showed them the sitting in the tashahhud, with his right foot raised, his left folded, and sitting on his left hip without sitting on his foot. He said Abdullah ibn Abdullah ibn Umar showed him this and told him his father used to do it. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab, Suwayd and Yahya ibn Bukayr in al-Bayhaqi transmitted it. 1 2
