Summary
A ruling of Malik in the chapter on the call to prayer: he was asked about a group present who wanted to pray the obligatory prayer together, and wanted to give the iqama but not the call. He said that is sufficient for them, since the call is required only in the mosques of the congregations where prayer is gathered. The editor notes that Abu Mus'ab transmitted it from Malik. 1
