Summary

A report that Malik transmits from Hisham ibn Urwa from his father Urwa ibn al-Zubayr, who used to say that whoever touches his penis must perform ablution, in the chapter on ablution after touching the private parts. The editor cites al-Tahawi's report through Hisham from his father that Marwan asked him about touching the penis, and he said there is no ablution in it, before Busra's hadith reached him, and al-Daraqutni's report through Hisham that his father held that ablution is required. 1
