Summary

Malik transmits from Rabia ibn Abi Abd al-Rahman that a man came to al-Qasim ibn Muhammad and said: I circumambulated and my household circumambulated with me, then I turned aside to a ravine and went to approach my wife; she said that she had not yet shortened her hair; so I took some of her hair with my teeth and had intercourse with her. Al-Qasim laughed and said: order her to take some of her hair with the scissors. 1
