Summary
A saying of Malik: whoever combines the pilgrimage and the lesser pilgrimage and then misses the pilgrimage, must make the pilgrimage in a later year, combine the pilgrimage with the lesser pilgrimage, and offer two offerings: one for combining the pilgrimage with the lesser pilgrimage, and one for the pilgrimage he missed. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1431) and Suwayd (532) transmitted it from Malik. 1
