Summary
Yahya said: Malik was asked about one who entered ihram for the pilgrimage from Mecca and then suffered a fracture, a torn belly, or a divorce from his wife; he said: whoever of them suffers this is held back, and owes what those held back from far regions owe. The editor notes that by the 'torn belly' is meant severe diarrhoea, and that Abu Musab (1169) transmitted it from Malik. 1
