Summary
Malik transmits from Yahya ibn Said that he heard Said ibn al-Musayyab say: what do you think of a man who had intercourse with his wife while he was in ihram? The people said nothing to him. Said said: a man had intercourse with his wife while in ihram, and he sent to Medina to ask. Some people said: they should be separated until the next year. Said said: let them both proceed to complete the pilgrimage they spoiled; when they finish, they return. If the pilgrimage of the following year reaches them, then the pilgrimage and the offering are owed by them; they enter ihram from the place where they entered ihram for the spoiled pilgrimage, and separate until they complete their pilgrimage. Malik said: they each offer a camel. The editor notes that Abu Musab (1231) transmitted it from Malik. 1
